2. Who can use Compass

You must be at least 18 years old to use Compass. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are old enough to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately at help@compass-app.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

Compass is a platform for genuine human connection through shared activities. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation without our consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the platform
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you create on Compass. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Service. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

6. Activities and in-person events

Compass facilitates connections between people but is not responsible for the conduct of hosts or attendees at in-person activities. You attend and host activities at your own risk. Exercise reasonable judgment when meeting people you have connected with online.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. During the beta period especially, we do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
